Love the photos!
Thank you so much my dear Irene.
Lovely close ups of bees.
Thank you so very much.
Pretty😃
Thank you.
Great pictures!
Just wanted to let you know that I nominated you for the Mystery Blogger Award! It’s a fun way to spotlight bloggers for others to find. Here is the post- https://happilydecluttered.com/2021/09/15/mystery-blogger-award/
Some of the most beautiful wildlife photography I have ever seen. Perfect bee photos! You must be so quiet and patient.
Its so funny. They know that I’m not there to hurt them and most of them simply ignore me. They are quick though so I’m sure I appear to be doing a really odd dance as I attempt the photos.
Oh they are lovely! I can just imagine you dancing around trying to capture their likeness!
Bees are so amazing. But then, so are all things in nature.
🐝🌸 Yes!
oh, and thank you my friend, I am glad that you enjoyed these.
You really ‘got’ the bees! I can’t believe they let you take these photos and carried on collecting pollen!
At the edge of my yard is a huge wisteria vine. It has these large clusters of purple flowers. One year the vine was covered in flowers that were covered in bees. I was right up in the middle of them and they went on about the business and fully ignored me. Now, the neighbors got a really good laugh at my antics, but I didn’t care.
You are a bit magic I think… xx
I simply have no desire to harm life, and that life knows it. I rescued a bumble bee from a spider once. It actually buzzed back by as if saying thank you. The spider on the other hand wasn’t really happy with me 😉
lol! I bet the spider was not happy with you at all! How sweet!
No, not at all, but the silly thing should have been glad I didn’t squash it. I know they have purpose, but leave my bees alone 😉
I am not fond of spiders. They are fond of biting me. I had never had a spider bite before I came to the USA
I don’t know for sure that I have ever been bitten by a spider, maybe, no proof.. I don’t mind seeing them outside, but if they make the mistake of coming inside, they better hope my son sees them first.
Sleeping outside on the ground in forested areas I got plenty. I had three really bad ones that turned into ulcers.
ugh, not good. My concern is over the brown recluse spider, those bites are said to be really bad.
I think one of the bad ones might have been from a false widow. I had a few that became an infected ulcer, made me puke, feel feverish and dizzy and I had a rotten headache. I saw a recluse one, in the midwest. He was hiding in an iron-ranger!
My nightmare has been the fear of finding one in my house. So far the worst has been wolf spiders but that’s bad enough those things are huge!
They are quite juicy!
um..eww.
I’m a reformed spider killer. Im trying a bit of non violence towards fellow sentient beings. I even gave up dairy recently and went vegan x
I now kill nothing outside my house, that is their home. If my son is home or soon to be home, I will wait for him to relocate spiders of other insects that I can’t get. I do admit to killing spiders that are risky. But, those are few.
I’ve got very squeamish about violence of any kind. I just can’t do it. I used to kill spiders, I now make myself move them…
I understand. I’m much better than I used to be about that. Because I do feel guilty afterwards, especially with my son’s attitude and compassion.
